The Green Climate Fund (GCF) is seeking qualified firms to provide consultancy services for the Third Performance Review (TPR) of the GCF. This multi-year review will evaluate the GCF's progress during its second replenishment period (GCF-2) and provide key insights to inform the third replenishment process. The review will commence in 2025, with the final report anticipated in early 2027.
