This document presents the summary of the Independent Evaluation of the GCF's Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme (RPSP). The evaluation assessed the support delivered under the 2019–2021 Readiness Strategy and the 2020–2023 Updated Strategic Plan. It reviewed progress since IEU's 2018 evaluation, examining the Programme’s relevance, coherence, effectiveness, and results systems, while informing the design of future readiness operations.
