RPSP2026: Independent Synthesis of the GCF’s Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme (RPSP2026)

The synthesis will provide timely and evidence-based inputs to inform the update of the Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme (RPSP) strategy and the Updated Strategic Plan (USP-3) for the GCF’s next programming period. Drawing on findings from previous IEU evaluations, it will synthesise evidence on progress and results achieved under the revised RPSP strategy for 2024-2027.
Findings will be shared with the Secretariat in real-time to support the USP-3 discussion, ensuring the evidence base is available when strategic decisions are being made. The final synthesis report will be submitted to the first GCF Board meeting in 2027.
