This document summarizes the key elements of the work plan and budget of the Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) for 2026. It provides an overview of the IEU’s achievements in 2025, presents the IEU’s work plan and budget for 2026–2028 and for 2026, and sets out an update of the IEU’s three-year rolling objectives.

The document was submitted to the Board for consideration at B.43 and includes the draft decision for Board approval of the IEU’s 2026 work plan and administrative budget, as well as the provisional administrative budgets for 2027 and 2028.
