This open-access peer-reviewed article introduces a practical methodology for applying complexity science to the monitoring and evaluation of climate and development programs. Co-authored by the IEU's Head, Andreas Reumann, it presents a hands-on framework to assess complex adaptive systems using real-world examples, including a GCF-funded project in Madagascar.
