Through this request for proposals (RFP), the Fund is seeking to contract a qualified, reputable and experienced company/corporation/firm (the “Firm”) to provide Consultancy Services for Independent Evaluation of GCF’s Approach to Indigenous People (IP).  The terms of reference (TOR) in Annex 1 of the attached RFP package provide the details of the assignment and expected deliverables. 

A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification of the solicitation documents may contact the GCF in writing at the e-mail address [email protected]  and copy to [email protected] by the specified date and time mentioned in Annex 6.  The subject line of the e-mail MUST have the reference number and title of the RFP.

Proposals must be submitted to the GCF before or on Thursday, 25 January 2024 at 24.00 hours Korean Standard Time (KST).
