Savi Mull

Ms. Savi Mull is an Evaluation Specialist (Consultant) at the IEU. She brings nearly 25 years of experience in measurement, evaluation and learning and specialises in qualitative approaches and systems-focused, utilisation-driven evaluations. Prior to joining the IEU, she was Senior Evaluation Manager at Laudes Foundation, based in Amsterdam and New Delhi. Previously, she served as Head of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Global Development Network. Ms. Mull holds a MA in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University in India and a Post-graduate Diploma in Social Security from International Institute of Social Studies at the Hague.
