This document presents the Executive Summary of the Independent Evaluation of the GCF’s Approach to and Portfolio of Climate Information and Early Warning Systems (CIEWS), which assessed the Fund’s strategic positioning, partnerships, and use of programmatic modalities and funding windows, including readiness and project preparation support, to advance accessible, sustainable, and effective CIEWS interventions.
