In line with the GCF’s Evaluation Policy, the IEU conducts independent assessments of accredited entity–led project evaluations to ensure alignment with GCF evaluation standards and criteria. This highlights report presents the IEU’s quality assessment process, findings from the pilot review of 18 project evaluations, and key lessons learned. The EQA aims to strengthen the credibility, consistency, and overall quality of the GCF’s evaluation portfolio while supporting effective implementation of the Evaluation Policy.
