This country case study compilation is part of the Independent Evaluation of the Relevance and Effectiveness of the Green Climate Fund’s (GCF) Investments in the Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) States. It includes case studies from Argentina, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and Jamaica. The evaluation assessed how GCF-funded projects and programmes have contributed to low-emission, climate-resilient development; reduced community vulnerability; identified success factors; and generated lessons to inform future GCF operations in the region.
