The Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) will hold its 2026 Learning-Oriented Real-Time Impact Assessment (LORTA) Design Workshop from 14–16 October 2026 in Songdo, Incheon.

The workshop will bring together GCF project teams for hands-on sessions on designing high-quality impact evaluations. Participants will work with IEU experts and partners to refine evaluation questions, strengthen data collection plans, and embed real-time learning into implementation.

The annual LORTA workshop continues to support GCF projects in generating evidence on what works, for whom, and under what conditions.
