IEU Learning Talk: Adaptation and Impact

As part of the 2025 LORTA Design Workshop, the IEU hosted a Learning Talk on Adaptation and Impact, featuring findings and lessons from IEU’s impact evaluations in Madagascar (FP026), Belize (FP101), and Guatemala (FP087).

The session brought together LORTA workshop participants and GCF Secretariat colleagues for an open dialogue on the practical challenges, opportunities, and lessons in measuring and learning from impact across the GCF portfolio.

The Learning-Oriented Real-Time Impact Assessment (LORTA) programme supports GCF projects in designing and implementing impact evaluations from the start, helping partners generate evidence on what works, for whom, and under what conditions.
