This approach paper sets out the scope, evaluation questions, methodology and workplan for the Independent Evaluation of the GCF’s Portfolio of and Approach to the Private Sector. The evaluation will assess how effectively the GCF is catalysing private climate finance and how its private sector portfolio is progressing in implementation and delivering climate results.
