This special study reviews the Green Climate Fund’s Project Preparation Facility (PPF), which supports accredited entities in preparing funding proposals. It examines how the facility has been used, the activities it finances, and how effectively it contributes to developing projects for GCF consideration. The study also assesses timelines, access patterns, and operational processes to identify areas for improving the facility’s efficiency and accessibility.
