This document presents the GCF approach to monitoring, evaluation, and learning, and related policies, within GCF. It has been prepared under the guidance of the Co-Chairs and with the support of the Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) and the Secretariat, in accordance with Board decision B.40/14, paragraph (f). The document describes the delineation of the roles and responsibilities of the Secretariat and the IEU.
