This synthesis seeks to inform the Fund's ongoing initiative to enhance its results management practices. Drawing on past evaluations, reviews, and stakeholder interviews, the synthesis documents the evolution and implementation of M&E policies, practices, and systems within the GCF, as well as their current challenges and opportunities while also considering the Secretariat’s ongoing transition to the new regional structure. The findings from this synthesis are intended to inform the Third Performance Review (TPR) being undertaken by the IEU (2025-27) to assess the Fund’s overall operational performance, including progress made in results management.
