Julio Carvalho
Julio is an intern with the Fund's Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) working in the Learning-Oriented Real-Time Impact Assessment (LORTA) program. He has previous professional experience with the Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training (ADST) in Washington DC, the Permanent Mission of Uruguay to the United Nations, the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA) in New York, and the University of Cambridge's Department of Land Economy as a research assistant. He holds a BA in History and International Relations and an MA in International Relations, both from King's College London.
