Joseph Mutunga

Joseph is an Evaluation Associate Consultant at IEU. Before joining the IEU, he worked for six years as the Senior M&E Coordinator for USAID MEASURE Evaluation Nairobi. He has extensive programme and evaluation experience with Macro International, ICF International, World Vision, DFID, Oxfam Policy Management, AMEX International and TRoCAIRE East Africa. Joseph has a Masters' Degree in Community Care & HIV/AIDS.
