Hanna Baek
Hanna is an intern at the IEU, where she contributes to strengthening evaluation quality, standards, and capacity, while also supporting the Learning-Oriented Real-Time Impact Assessment (LORTA) program. She has prior experience in monitoring and evaluation, policy, and programme development through roles at the United Nations ESCAP in Bangkok, the Korean National Commission for UNESCO, and One Acre Fund. Her work has included social impact assessment and research using both quantitative and qualitative methods. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a master’s degree in International Development Cooperation from Kyung Hee University, specializing in carbon-neutral energy convergence, climate change, and evaluation for development projects.
