Spotlight: LORTA

This video describes the role of IEU's Learning-Oriented Real Time Impact Assessment Programme, its significance, how LORTA informs IEU evaluations, who its stakeholders are, and the challenges faced while conducting impact evaluations. Moreover, the video highlights LORTA's work on GCF'S Malawi Project, that is, the "GCF FP002," as well as the LORTA Impact Evaluation Design Workshop.
