Elena Kulinskaya from the School of Computing Science, University of East Anglia, discusses how rapid temporal changes in cumulative evidence are a challenge to policy-making and why it is important to monitor temporal trends to separate spurious from real changes. The presentation also examines the importance of regularly updating previous meta-analyses and, if needed, their resulting policies.
