The Green Climate Fund (GCF) seeks to contract qualified, reputable and experienced companies/corporations/firms (the Firm) to provide Consultancy Services to Support IEU’s Learning-Oriented Real-Time Impact Assessment (LORTA) Window to Support Learning and Measurement Within the GCF. 

The terms of reference (TOR) included in Annex 1 of the attached RFP package herein will provide the assignment's details and expected deliverables.

Proposals must be submitted to the GCF no later than Monday, 30 January 2023, at 18.00 hours Korean standard time.
