The Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) is currently undertaking an Independent Evaluation of the GCF's Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme (RPSP). The evaluation aims to assess the progress, gains, effectiveness, and efficiency of the RPSP, while gauging the extent to which the RPSP has led to transformational projects and programmes in the GCF. In this context, the IEU would like to learn about your experience and views on the RPSP.

The IEU's Perception Survey is aimed at those with direct experience with the RPSP. This includes Accredited Entities, National Designated Authorities, Delivery Partners, civil society organisations, and private sector organisations who may be involved in facilitating and/or developing RPSP projects.

The survey is expected to take 15 minutes to complete. Answers will not be attributable to specific individuals, and so please feel free to respond openly and honestly.

Please be advised that respondents may select the language they wish to use (English, French, or Spanish) from the drop-down menu on top of the survey.

You may access the survey here: IEU RPSP Perception Survey.

The deadline of the survey has been extended by one week, so please respond by Friday 14 July 2023 (11:59 PM KST).

If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, please contact the IEU at [email protected] for more information.
