IEU Learning Talk: A known risk is a good risk - risk management and early warning signals at the GCF

The IEU held its second 2022 Learning Talk on Wednesday 28 September. The Talk explored the approach of the Office of Risk Management and Compliance as well as the Independent Integrity Unit to identify early warning signals for projects. It provided an overview of the GCF's risk management framework before delving deeper into the role of risk flags, the management of compliance risks, and the use of proactive integrity reviews. This IEU Learning Talk provided a forum to discuss progress on GCF’s approach to risk management and explores synergies across the organisation.
