The Board requested the IEU to present the detailed guidelines and procedures for the effective operation of the IEU in decision B.24/15. The Guidelines are developed based on the triangulation of GCF policies, including the Governing Instrument, GCF Evaluation Policy, Revised TOR of the Head of the IEU, and Updated TOR of the IEU.
