At the twenty-fifth session of the Conference of the Parties (COP) in Madrid, a draft decision was released on the Report of the Green Climate Fund to the Conference of the Parties and guidance to the Green Climate Fund.

In the text, the Conference of the Parties refers to the adoption of the workplan of the Board for 2020-2023 and the Forward-Looking Performance Review.

The Conference of the Parties, 

2. Also welcomes the progress of the Green Climate Fund in 2019 on the following, including in relation to guidance provided by the Conference of the Parties: 

(g) The adoption of the workplan of the Board for 2020-2023, which establishes a regular policy implementation, learning and review cycle; 

(i) The Forward-Looking Performance Review of the Green Climate Fund;"
